Product description

Main ingredients: pure water, inorganic silicate, marble powder, nano calcium carbonate powder

Coating area: Howard (flat batch): bottom: 0.2-0.24m2/L; surface: 13-16m2/L

Recoating time (at 25 ° C): surface dry: 2 hours Hard dry: 48 hours Recoating: 4 hours later

Construction tools: batch knife, art brick mold, color separation paper, sponge

Water injection:

1. Inject 4.5KG water and color masterbatch in a special bucket of Manmu mud and mix well.

2. Slowly add 9.5KG main material and thicken it at the same time. Stir for 3-5 minutes and then add 0.5KG nano-polymer material package.

3. After about 3-5 minutes, after ensuring uniformity, continue stirring and add 0.5 KG of water.

Construction method:

1. Bottom: Apply the putty powder to level, polish and dust.

2. Apply an alkali resistant primer.

3. Apply a colored primer to the brick joint (optional).

4. Choose by yourself: horizontal elastic line, paste color paper or art brick mold.

5. Flat batch "Howard" main material, use the batch knife S shape to pull out the texture effect.

6. After drying, polish it slightly with sandpaper, and rub the color effect with a sponge in the order of color.

Storage: Store in a dry and ventilated place at 20-35 °C. Keep the remaining materials sealed.

Shelf life: 12 months

Note (Please pay attention to the following 4 points):

1. Temperature ≤ 5 °C, relative humidity ≥ 85% can not be applied.

2. It must be sanded when it is dry, and dustproof masks should be worn when grinding the wall surface.

3. Read the construction instructions before use to obtain a reliable and satisfactory coating effect.
